UK and European markets have opened lower this morning after President Trump and his wife Melania tested positive for coronavirus. Both are now in quarantine.

In other news, a $2.2 trillion stimulus package was passed by House Democrats but no agreement has been reached with Republications on the proposal.

The Pound is likely to remain volatile as uncertainty continues over whether the UK and EU will complete talks to reach a trade deal.
